Audi A8 L Security to be Launched in India Soon

Audi India preps to launch its top-notch armoured car A8 L Security model. This car is likely to be priced around Rs. 5 crore as per the industry sources. The first model of this segment will be delivered by the second half of this year.

January 31, 2012: Audi India is all set to launch its A8 L Security model in the high end armoured car segment by the second half of this year. As per the reports from the industry sources, the super secure car will be priced at around Rs. 5 crore and above.

Audi has bestowed range of hi-fi tech security systems upon A8 L Security making it a power packed car capable of withstanding the attacks from AK47 and the hand grenades. 2012 Delhi Auto Expo has witnessed the exhibition of the A8 L Security and also the 20 active enquiries received from the government and top corporate.

Audi A8 L is a niche product for the government and corporate officials and it has been crafted to withstand any type of threat to the passengers inside the car. Every possible deal of the car is directly handled by the German based security division of Audi. The car will be brought to India through completely built-up units (CBUs) route.
